What Are Your Shipping Policies?

All orders are shipped FedEx 2nd Day Air. 3 month orders are shipped FedEx at NO CHARGE. 1 and 2 month shipping costs are $14 for FedEx 2nd Day Air and $18 for Overnight.

 

Shipping Policy

• All orders received by 4 p.m. EST, Monday - Friday will be processed and shipped that day. All orders received after 5 pm or on Saturday or Sunday, will be processed the next business day.

• No orders will be shipped on Holidays or Saturday or Sunday.

• You will receive a confirmation e-mail with tracking information, when your order has been shipped.

• Orders will be shipped to P.O. boxes by USPS.

• All orders require the signature of an adult when the delivery is made.

Cancellation Policy

• Orders can only be cancelled before the item has been shipped.

• Please contact a customer service representative at 1-866-549-7314 or e-mail customerservice@scyberhealth.com before 4:00 EST to cancel your order. Again, orders can only be cancelled before the item has shipped.

Refund Policy

• There are No Refunds after an order has been shipped. If you open a bottle there is NO refund. I understand that all sales are final. I further understand that I cannot cancel my order or request refunds once the package is shipped. I am fully aware that no refund is given if I change my mind and decide not to take the product or upon my physician’s opinion that I should no longer take the product. I realize that if I have mistakenly provided an incorrect address and the order was shipped to that address, I will receive no refund
